We are looking for a Service Advisor for our client in Norrtälje!

About the Position: As a Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work at a well-established company that offers great development opportunities within customer service and can kickstart your career in the automotive industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, and has a strong service orientation, as customer interaction plays a crucial role in the success of the business. You will be part of an inspiring and wonderful team. The tasks are varied, but a recurring part of your job will be to manage both new and existing customers.

As a customer representative, you will daily receive phone calls to take bookings, provide advice, and prepare quotes. Additionally, you will interact with customers in person to answer their questions and act as a link between the customer and the workshop. The job also includes using various digital systems, so it is important that you have good computer skills. This is a full-time position and the working hours are within office hours.

Requirements: • Previous experience working in service within the automotive industry and having daily customer contact. • Good computer skills and preferably experience with different systems. • B driver's license, manual. • Can express yourself well in speech and find it easy to communicate with customers as well as colleagues.

Meritorious: • Previous experience with tires or cars.
